Channels, chats, cards and a bot.
For notifications and approvals, the agent posts Adaptive Cards with buttons such as Approve, Edit or Reject, and the click flows back to the agent. For questions, a Teams bot answers in a chat using only the SharePoint or OneDrive content it has been given access to.
Microsoft has been retiring the old Office 365 connectors for incoming webhooks in favour of Workflows, so we build on Graph, Workflows or a proper Teams app rather than on connectors that may stop working.
What agents do in Microsoft Teams.
Refunds, discounts, outgoing messages or entries sent to the right person to approve in one click.
A message in the right channel when an agent hits something it should not decide.
Staff ask about procedures and get an answer with a link to the source document.
Action points from a meeting turned into tasks, with owners and dates, for review.
What the agents did yesterday, posted to a channel each morning.
How access works.
Everything runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, under your admin's control.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Is this Microsoft Copilot?
No. Copilot is Microsoft's assistant. We build specific agents for your workflows that use Teams as their interface, and they can sit next to Copilot.
Do we need extra Microsoft licences?
Usually not for posting messages or a basic bot. Some Graph features and Copilot extensions need specific licences; we check your tenant first.
Can external guests use the bot?
Only if you allow it. By default it answers members of your own tenant.
