Shared and personal mailboxes.
We connect to Google Workspace mailboxes through the Gmail API and to Microsoft 365 mailboxes (including shared mailboxes such as info@ or support@) through Microsoft Graph.
Agents can read and label messages, create drafts, send approved replies, and read attachments such as PDFs and spreadsheets. Which of these they are allowed to do is decided per build.
What agents do in Gmail and Outlook.
Messages labelled by type and urgency, routed to the right person.
Replies drafted in your tone and saved as drafts, not sent.
Invoices, orders and forms read and passed to your other systems.
Threads waiting on a reply flagged or followed up politely.
Enquiries turned into CRM contacts with a summary.
How access works.
Email holds a lot of personal data, so access is scoped tightly.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Can it send emails on its own?
Only if you allow it, and usually only for specific message types. Most clients start with drafts.
Does it work with shared mailboxes?
Yes, in both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (via delegated access or groups).
Will it read everything in my inbox?
Only what the build needs, for example one shared mailbox or messages with a certain label.
