International by default.
Many Amsterdam companies work in English internally and serve customers in Dutch, English and other EU languages. Support and sales agents need to handle that without separate setups per language.
The city has a dense fintech, SaaS and e-commerce scene, which means modern stacks (HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, Slack) and customers who expect fast answers.
Local, in practice.
Agents that answer in the customer's language and keep one knowledge base.
Data processed and stored in the EU on request.
Customers told when they talk to an AI system (Art. 50, from 2 August 2026).
HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, Slack and Google Workspace out of the box.
Team training with a certificate, supporting your Art. 4 AI-literacy measures.
Regulation, in plain words.
Dutch privacy rules are enforced by the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP); marketing-email rules (Telecommunicatiewet) by the ACM.
What firms here start with.
Remote, with a clear process.
We work with Amsterdam clients online: the audit and Blueprint sessions run on video, the build happens in your accounts, and progress is reviewed weekly. Training is available online or on location.
We do not have an Amsterdam office. If an in-person session matters to you, we plan it in.
Published prices.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
