What is the difference between AI Ops and Run & Care?
Run & Care (€490/month per system) keeps a live system healthy: monitoring, fixes, model and prompt updates. AI Ops (from €1,950/month) also builds and improves: new workflows and weekly changes across three or more agents.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled monthly.
Who is the operator?
An Oravel team member who knows your setup, reviews the agents' work and ships improvements. Oravel is led by Elias Bounenni.
What happens to the agents if we cancel?
They stay in your accounts with documentation. You can run them yourself or with another supplier.
