Advisers advising, not chasing.

A broker's day is full of forms: quote requests missing half the details, renewals to prepare, claims reported by phone in the evening. Agents collect and structure that information; licensed advisers give the advice.

Short answer

For insurance brokers and advisers, ORVL builds AI agents that qualify incoming quote requests and collect the details insurers need, send renewal reminders and document requests, take first notice of a claim in a structured form with photos, and keep the broker system up to date. The agent never recommends a policy or decides cover; that stays with licensed advisers. A single system starts at €3,900 (AED 15,900) excl. VAT.

The situation

Half the work is getting the facts.

Before an adviser can compare policies, they need a surprising amount of information: building details, turnover, claims history, vehicle data, previous policy. Much of the back-and-forth by email is simply asking for things the client forgot.

Claims arrive at the worst moments: a water leak on Sunday, an accident in the evening. Clients want to know someone has it in hand, and the office wants the report complete with photos and policy number by Monday.

Workflows we automate first

Where AI earns its keep.

01Quote-request qualification

The questions insurers need asked in a natural way, with documents uploaded, before an adviser picks it up.

02Renewal preparation

Reminders before the renewal date and a check whether anything changed, for the adviser to review.

03First notice of claim

Date, circumstances, photos and policy details collected 24/7 and passed to the claims handler.

04Document chasing

Polite, specific requests for what is still missing from a file.

05Status questions

'Where is my claim?' answered from your broker system, with escalation when it is stuck.

Rules that apply

Advice is regulated. The agent does not give it.

Insurance distribution is a licensed activity in all three markets. The agent supports the administrative side and leaves every recommendation to a qualified person.

Netherlands: the Wft and AFM supervision of financial service providers; the agent does not advise, and duty-of-care (zorgplicht) decisions stay with the adviser
Belgium: insurance intermediaries are registered with and supervised by the FSMA, with conduct rules from the Insurance Distribution Directive
UAE: insurance brokerage is licensed and supervised by the Central Bank of the UAE; customer data under the UAE PDPL
Health and claims data minimised and handled under GDPR/AVG or PDPL, with a DPA and EU or UAE hosting

Proof, honestly

What we can show you.

We have not published an insurance-broker client case. We can show a sample claims-intake conversation and the structured report it produces for a claims handler.

The Blueprint starts with a review of which questions your advisers ask most often, so the agent asks them in your order and your words.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does the AI recommend policies?

No. Recommending a product is regulated advice. The agent collects information and explains your process; a licensed adviser makes every recommendation.

Can it connect to ANVA?

ANVA and similar broker systems support data exchange, often using the Dutch SIVI standard. Which route works for your setup is checked in the Blueprint.

Can clients report claims on WhatsApp?

Yes, with photos, and the agent turns the conversation into a complete claim report for your handler.

Is this only for the Netherlands?

No. We also build for brokers in Belgium and the UAE, in Dutch, French, English and Arabic.
