A supply chain that runs on quotes.
The Brainport region is built around a network of high-tech suppliers: machining, mechatronics, electronics and embedded software firms that work for larger manufacturers. Their inbox is full of RFQs, drawings, change requests and delivery questions, much of it in English.
Knowledge in these firms often lives in the heads of a few senior engineers and in years of old quotes. An agent that can find 'what did we quote for a similar part last year' saves more time than a chatbot on the website.
Local, in practice.
Requests read, key specs extracted and a quote file prepared for the estimator.
Answers from manuals, specs and past quotes, with the source document shown.
Order confirmations and delivery dates followed up automatically.
Most B2B communication in English, Dutch where the customer prefers.
Data prepared for Exact, AFAS, Odoo or your ERP, approved before posting.
Regulation, in plain words.
Technical drawings and customer specs are often under NDA; confidentiality matters as much as privacy here.
What firms here start with.
Remote, with a technical counterpart.
We work with Eindhoven clients online. The Blueprint starts with a sample of real RFQs (under NDA) so we can see what is really in them, and the build runs in your own Microsoft 365 or Google environment.
We do not have a Brainport office and have not published a manufacturing client case. We will show the document and knowledge flows on sample data first.
Published prices.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Can it read technical drawings?
It can read text, title blocks and tables on PDFs and extract specs. It does not interpret geometry or tolerances for you; an engineer checks every quote.
Will our drawings be used to train AI models?
No. We use model providers and settings that do not train on your data, and we write that into the DPA.
Does it work with our ERP?
Exact Online, AFAS, Odoo and most ERPs with an API. Without an API we can work with exports and an approval step.
Is there a Dutch-language version?
Yes: see our Dutch services pages.

Tell us how you work today. We'll tell you honestly what AI can take off your team's plate, what it costs, and whether we are the right fit.
