An officially bilingual, practically trilingual city.
The Brussels-Capital Region is officially French- and Dutch-speaking, and with the EU institutions, NATO and thousands of associations and consultancies nearby, English is the working language of many offices. Support in only one language loses customers.
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian companies must send and receive structured B2B e-invoices, usually through the Peppol network. That changes how purchase invoices arrive and how they should be checked before booking.
Local, in practice.
One knowledge base, answered in the customer's language, approved once.
Structured e-invoices matched to orders and contracts; exceptions to finance.
For associations: events, membership and publications answered 24/7.
Vous or tu, u or je, chosen per channel.
Data processed in the EU by default.
Regulation, in plain words.
Belgian privacy rules are supervised by the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
Remote, in your language.
We work with Brussels clients online in English or Dutch, and build agents that work in French, Dutch and English. The audit and Blueprint run on video; the build runs in your accounts.
We do not have a Brussels office and have not published a Belgian client case. French-language content is reviewed with your team before go-live.
Published prices.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Do you have an office in Brussels?
No. Oravel is based in Dubai and works with Belgian clients remotely.
Does the agent really work in French?
Yes, in French, Dutch and English. We test each language with your team on real questions before go-live.
Can it help with Peppol invoices?
It can read structured e-invoices and attached documents, match them to orders and flag mismatches. Your Peppol access point and accounting software stay as they are, and finance approves every booking.
Who supervises data protection in Belgium?
The Data Protection Authority (GBA in Dutch, APD in French). We design to the GDPR and document processing so your DPO can review it.
