Contacts, deals, quotes and invoices.
Teamleader Focus exposes contacts, companies, deals, quotations, invoices, projects and time tracking through a documented API, plus webhooks so an agent can react the moment a deal moves or an invoice is booked.
Because quotes and invoices live next to the CRM, one agent can see that a prospect opened a quote last week and still hasn't signed, or that a client with a new request still has an invoice open, and act on it.
What agents do in Teamleader.
Web-form and email enquiries turned into contacts and deals, with a first reply in Dutch, French or English.
A polite reminder when a quotation sits unaccepted past the number of days you choose.
Call and meeting summaries written to the deal, with the next step as a task.
Overdue-invoice reminders drafted per customer; finance approves before sending.
Which deals moved, which stalled, and what is due this week.
How access works.
Teamleader holds commercial and financial data, so the agent gets an account and permissions of its own.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Does it work with Teamleader Orbit or One?
This page is about Teamleader Focus, which has the public API we build on. For other Teamleader products we check API availability in the Blueprint before quoting.
Can it create quotations?
It can prepare a draft quotation from a conversation if you want, using your price list. Sending it stays with a person.
Do you work with Belgian e-invoicing?
Your invoicing stays in Teamleader and its Peppol route. Our agents read invoice status; they don't change how you send e-invoices.
