Pages to read, databases to write.
We use Notion in two roles. As a knowledge source, selected pages are read and kept in sync so answers reflect the latest version. As a light database, Notion holds records such as tasks, leads or content plans that agents can create and update.
Notion's permission model helps: nothing is visible to the integration until someone shares that page or database with it. We agree the list of shared pages with you before go-live.
What agents do in Notion.
Questions answered from approved pages, with a link to the source page.
Your public help pages in Notion used as the knowledge base of a website or WhatsApp agent.
Action points turned into database entries with owner and due date.
Pages agents rely on that haven't been reviewed in months flagged to their owner.
Notes and status updates written to a client database after calls.
How access works.
An agent can only be as careful as the pages it is allowed to read.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Will it read our whole workspace?
No. A Notion integration can only access pages someone shares with it. We share a defined set together.
Is this the same as Notion AI?
No. Notion AI works inside Notion. We use Notion as the source or store for agents that work elsewhere, such as WhatsApp, your website, Slack or Teams.
What if our pages are out of date?
Then answers will be too. We flag pages that haven't been reviewed and suggest an owner per page before go-live.
