Orders, fulfilments, products, webhooks.
Shopify's Admin API is GraphQL-first: Shopify has marked its REST Admin API as legacy, and new apps are expected to use GraphQL. We build on GraphQL so the integration doesn't need rewriting later.
The app is created in your own store admin, so you see the exact scopes it requests and can uninstall it at any time. Order data is read when a customer asks, after the customer has been verified.
What agents do in Shopify.
Live status and tracking link after checking order number plus email or phone.
Eligible orders get return instructions; exceptions go to a person.
Sizes, materials and availability from your product data.
Customers who asked about a product and didn't order get one helpful reply, if they opted in.
Revenue, orders, refunds and top sellers, with a short written comment.
How access works.
Customer and order data deserve the narrowest scopes Shopify offers.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Does it work with Shopify Plus?
Yes. Plus adds options (such as more automation through Shopify Flow) that we can use, but the core build works on any plan with custom apps.
Will it conflict with our helpdesk app?
No. We usually connect to Gorgias, Zendesk or your helpdesk too, so the agent answers inside the same ticket your team sees.
Can it handle several stores?
Yes, one app per store, with shared logic. Common for brands with separate stores per country.
