Connectors define the access.
In AFAS, an app connector lists exactly which GetConnectors (read) and UpdateConnectors (write) an integration may use. That makes access easy to audit: your AFAS administrator sees precisely what the agent can touch.
Many organisations already have custom GetConnectors for reporting; we reuse them where possible.
What agents do in AFAS.
New-hire details collected by form or email and prepared for AFAS.
Missing or unusual hours flagged before invoicing.
Sales invoices prepared from project data for approval.
HR and finance numbers with a written summary.
A knowledge assistant answering HR policy questions with sources.
How access works.
HR data is sensitive; access is kept narrow and visible.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Do we need AFAS consultants as well?
Not for the AI layer. If you need new AFAS configuration, your AFAS partner can do that alongside us.
Can it write salaries or contracts?
We don't automate salary or contract changes. Agents prepare and check; HR approves in AFAS.
Does it work with AFAS Pocket or InSite?
Agents work through the connectors, so changes appear in AFAS as usual for employees and managers.
