Home / Industries / Training & education providers

From brochure request to enrolled.

People request a brochure, open it, and then life happens. An agent answers their questions, follows up at the right moment and helps them finish enrolment, while your trainers and assessors keep every judgement about learning.

Short answer

For training and education providers, ORVL builds AI agents that answer course enquiries about dates, prices, entry requirements and funding options from your own information, follow up brochure requests and abandoned enrolments, collect intake details and documents, and tell past students about relevant new courses with their consent. Admission decisions and assessment stay with people. A single system starts at €3,900 (AED 15,900) excl. VAT.

The situation

Interest is high; follow-up is thin.

Course providers often get plenty of brochure downloads and open-day sign-ups, but turning them into enrolments depends on someone answering questions at the right time: Is there an evening group? Can my employer pay? What if I miss a session?

Most providers also hold a list of past students who would take a follow-up course, if someone told them about it. That list is rarely used, because writing to people one by one takes time.

Workflows we automate first

Where AI earns its keep.

01Course enquiries

Dates, locations, prices, entry requirements and study load, answered from your course catalogue.

02Brochure and open-day follow-up

A personal follow-up a few days later with an answer to the question they are likely to have.

03Enrolment completion

04Employer and invoice questions

Quotes and invoice details for employers who pay, prepared for your administration.

05Alumni follow-up

Past students told about a relevant next course, only with consent, approved before sending.

Rules that apply

Built around the rules.

Education involves consumer rules and, under the EU AI Act, extra care where AI touches admission or assessment.

EU AI Act: AI that decides admission or evaluates learning outcomes is high-risk (Annex III, obligations postponed to 2 December 2027 by the Digital Omnibus); our agents do neither
Dubai: training institutes are permitted by the KHDA, and the agent only repeats course and accreditation information you are allowed to publish
Netherlands: VAT exemptions or registrations such as CRKBO are stated only as your own information shows them
Marketing to past students only with consent or a valid soft opt-in; opt-outs honoured immediately

Proof, honestly

What we can show you.

We have not published a training-provider client case. We do run AI training ourselves (open workshops at €395 per person and in-company half days from €1,950), so we know the enquiry and enrolment process from the inside.

On a call we show the enquiry-to-enrolment flow with a sample course catalogue.
