A fast-moving market that speaks Arabic.
Under Vision 2030, many Saudi companies are digitising customer service and sales at the same time as they grow. Customers increasingly expect an instant reply on WhatsApp, and they expect it in Arabic, not a translated English script.
Saudi Arabia has its own data-protection regime, the PDPL, with its own rules on processing and on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom. Where data is processed and stored is therefore a design question, not an afterthought.
Local, in practice.
Prompts, knowledge and tone written in Arabic first, with English alongside.
Where conversations are processed and stored is agreed in the Blueprint, with your advisers.
WhatsApp Business Platform and voice agents that answer and book in Arabic.
Tone tuned for corporate, government-facing or family-business customers.
Sessions on video, build in your accounts, weekly reviews online.
Regulation, in plain words.
We are not Saudi lawyers. The points below are what we design around; your counsel confirms how they apply to you.
Remote, and honest about it.
We work with Riyadh clients from Dubai: the audit and Blueprint run on video, the build happens in your own accounts and cloud, and progress is reviewed every week. In-person sessions can be planned for larger builds.
We have no Saudi entity and no published Saudi client case. If local presence is a hard requirement for you, we will say so early rather than waste your time.
Published prices.
Quotes for clients in Saudi Arabia and Qatar are in euro or AED, excl. VAT and any local taxes; we do not publish separate SAR or QAR prices. Free 30-minute audit and a free 7-day pilot (one per company).
Common questions.
Do you have an office in Riyadh?
No. Oravel is based in Dubai and works with Saudi clients remotely, with in-person visits by arrangement.
Can data stay in Saudi Arabia?
That depends on the tools and hosting your build uses. We map every data flow in the Blueprint so your counsel can check it against the PDPL and its transfer rules before anything goes live.
Do you invoice in riyal?
No. We quote in euro or AED, excl. VAT and local taxes; we do not publish SAR prices.
Which Arabic does the agent use?
Modern Standard Arabic by default, adapting to Gulf and Najdi phrasing in replies. We test the tone with your team before go-live.
